I was lucky enough to be asked to be the wedding photographer in Tring for Wei and Riccardo this July. Wei’s origins are Chinese, and Riccardo’s are Italian so the wedding combined the cultures and traditions of both China and Italy. It resulted in an incredibly happy Tring wedding which was amazing to photograph.
Below is a gallery of my Tring Wedding Photography which documents Wei and Riccardo’s amazing day.

As their Tring Wedding Photographer, the first part of the wedding ceremony I shot involved Riccardo visiting Wei and her parents in their ‘home’, the groom then carried the bride across the venue to greet both sets of parents with tea. For the second half of the wedding, both bride and groom changed out of their traditional Chinese wedding attire and into western wedding clothes for the European part of the wedding ceremony involving the bride walking down the aisle and exchanging of the rings. Both bride and groom looked great in both outfits.
The food looked amazing, and the guests enjoyed a huge amount of Italian cheese and pasta, as well as ice cream. There were at least 3 bands, and a disco which ended in a silent disco and all of the guests dancing in silence with headphone on.
It was a completely relaxed wedding, with Wei, Riccardo and their friends and family having an amazing time in the woods near Tring.
The venue was Woodland Weddings in Tring which for made an amazing venue which essentially turned the wedding into a mini festival. Most of the guests stayed over in Teepees for the night.
As day turned slowly into night the light became amazing. As a wedding photographer this was a great opportunity to capture some lovely images of the couple and their guests enjoying the wedding day.
