“Andrew managed to make the photo session relaxed and painless. I’m not sure how he managed it, but
he skilfully made me look half-decent despite being very nervous (as most of us are I think) and delivered quality photos that I have been able to use confidently for my new website and pitches”

How a typical headshot day works
- On site setup: I bring a mobile studio with lights and backdrop, or we use your office environment with natural light.
- Space needed: a meeting room works best, roughly three by four metres. I am adaptable if space is tight.
- Tethered preview: we review images live, you can approve the look before we move on.
- Timing: five to ten minutes per person in most cases, with buffer for senior team members.
- Throughput: up to sixty people in a single day, up to two hundred and fifty over several days.
- Consistency controls: lighting diagrams, colour profiles, file naming and shot lists to match brand guidelines.
An Easy And Painless Process
- Plain background headshots for a clean, uniform look
- Environmental headshots that use your office for context and character
- Natural light portraits for a softer, editorial feel
- Hybrid sets for senior leaders, one plain and one environmental
If you have existing headshots, I can match the style. Share samples or brand guidelines and I will replicate the look across new staff.
Preparing your team
- Wear plain, well fitting clothing in solid colours
- Avoid busy patterns, heavy logos, or very bright white shirts without a jacket
- Glasses are fine, anti glare coatings help
- Light grooming, hair neat, shave or tidy beard
- Bring a spare jacket or top for quick variation
Managers receive a short schedule and checklist so the day runs smoothly.
And, because I’m self sufficient on the day and can help with the organisation if needed, arranging and organising the shoot is easy too.
